Worst service while pickup in van, Really worst, we are not able to know, where the bus is, yeah we know to check in app, but live location not working, and customer care is, it is computer voise, and it say to check in app, tried many times. Blindly waited a hour, we don't that whether we missed bus or not. But bus quality is good, but customer service is worst. Don't expect customer support will help you and app don't work current

Good service, but app experience can be better. It doesn't show booked seat number anywhere in the trip details. Edit 13-03-2023: Seat no is visible in passenger details after opening trip details. But while boarding the bus, I expect to see it on the summary itself. I guess that's a room for improvement in UX design.

They said that they'll consider my booking as cancelled when they didn't recent payment before 60mins but they cancelled it long before.. I was in urgency to travel but without any intimation my ticket got cancelled and left with no choices but to cancel all my plans. I have tried calling customer service for like 20 times but got literally 0 response.. Most horrible experience, most unprofessional and negligence attitude shown by customer service.
