My recent booking experience with Intercity Bus was extremely disappointing. 1. The ticket price was almost double (even triple) compared to normal days, which felt unreasonable. 2. No complimentary water bottle was provided during the journey, despite it being mentioned in the booking details. 3. The bus did not have a toilet, even though it was clearly listed as an available facility at the time of booking. 4. Bus stademanded extra money for keeping luggage in the storage compartmen

This is wonderful bus with neat and clean infra. Main drawback is none of the customers can't dail to the driver/bus captain. The number shared via notifications will direct to helpline that will never allow us to connect to driver. By the way they will call us an hour prior, but if we missed it, we can't call them back to the same number, even if we are using a registered mobile number. Myself and all my friend circles face the same problems for this specific travels. Customers to be valued.

customer support is very bad. If any issues or urgent we cant reach customer support executive for a phone call and only chat option is available. even through phone call the telecaller has so many options. recently my bus ticket has been cancelled by intcity and still now i didnot get the reason for cancellation. I am unable to reach customer support executive through phone call.
