Use the app to buy and display you tickets for travel between a wide range of hotels and Heathrow.

Don't bother with the app, and don't buy ticket in advance. Schedule in app does not match web site. We bought ticket based on web Schedule, but app did not show a bus. So we abandoned and walked from hotel and took Underground instead. (That was fine). If you use the bus, pay driver instead when you are absolutely sure. The app did show us the other train and bus options, so that was useful information.

The times quoted on the app didn't match really. Both trying to get to the airport and getting back to the hotel busses didn't turn up and on both occasions we ended up getting a taxi. If there are no busses, please say so I don't have to wait around in the cold and risk missing flights.

Poor design, not practical: starts with poor birthdate input (stupid calendar), then the unexplained activation process(ticket valid for 60 minutes!! Are you joking??) - so unusable. And don't try using a credit card without the contactless feature..... No card or chip reader on the bus... Bring cash!
