Use the app to buy and display you tickets for travel between a wide range of hotels and Heathrow.

The times quoted on the app didn't match really. Both trying to get to the airport and getting back to the hotel busses didn't turn up and on both occasions we ended up getting a taxi. If there are no busses, please say so I don't have to wait around in the cold and risk missing flights.

Don't bother with the app, and don't buy ticket in advance. Schedule in app does not match web site. We bought ticket based on web Schedule, but app did not show a bus. So we abandoned and walked from hotel and took Underground instead. (That was fine). If you use the bus, pay driver instead when you are absolutely sure. The app did show us the other train and bus options, so that was useful information.

Useless app and useless service. As a couple having messed about for ages to get photo to work. Found out you need two profiles as a couple to buy a flaming ticket!! So gave up decided to buy on the bus but bus never turned up at Heathrow Terminal 2 after waiting over an hour in freezing cold. Don't bother is my suggestion
