Ratings and reviews

Recent updates made the user experience worse! So annoying that you removed the auto formatting for "betaalkenmerk" while typing the 16 numbers. It was very helpful for checking whether I typed in the correct number. Also annoying that when you are when you are in an account and want to take money from that account, the default is the main bank account instead of the account you are in like it used to be. Horrible! But hey the app looks fancy with the colors in the background.

says to be the best bank for self employed people. I'm not experiencing it to be any more convenient when having to do my taxes every kwarter. last but not least a 0,30 service charge for a tikkie (betaalverzoek) that's freaking ridiculous. banks really need to quit charging for everything. your holding my money so you can invest it as you please. yet I'm being charged? I should charge you for earning interest on my freaking money.

Overall a fine app, and functional bank, never had any issues with it. Selfie system is terrible, will not be coming back. I absolutely, utterly hate their epilepsy-inducing "selfie" system that they force on you regularly and which doesn't work half of the time. Warning!! This app regularly forces you to look into a bright flashing screen! Are you epileptic, or sensitive? Don't use this app or bank! Can't advise this app, nor the bank because of it.
