If I could give it zero stars I would. I use the FIRST framing plan. This has you run every day. Cannot set the first schedules without a hassel.
Plan feature isn't that great. If my time now is X but my goal is a much faster time in 6 months it doesn't account for that or give the ability to increase my speeds as the months go along.
Love this app! I have used it to train for 5 marathons now. The developer is great...i asked him a question and got back to me within hours. Great app
In addition to having used this application for several years now, I have compared the marathon and half-marathon plans it creates and they are comparable with many well known plans. Application allows you to edit each day and, thereby, design your own schedule, as I do weekly. Diary notes can be added to description section. Ability to email a plan so as to have a hard copy to follow or as a record after the race has been run is a great feature, as is the race predictor and age grader.
Odd. Has you running long run of 16 miles every week, 36 weeks out from a marathon. Not good progressive training app.
fail This will not let you input correct recent race time so the plan you end up with is totally wrong. hate it.
