INVOICES
Create professional invoices in seconds. Add line items, apply province-accurate tax, set due dates, and send directly to customers via email. Track payment status at a glance — outstanding, partially paid, or fully paid. Edit draft invoices line by line, approve and post them, record payments, void invoices, and print or share PDF copies on the go.

QUOTES
Build detailed quotes with line items from your product catalogue or manual entry. Send quotes to customers, track their status, and convert approved quotes to invoices with a single tap. Bill large jobs in stages with progressive billing straight from the quote.

EXPENSES & BILLS
Enter supplier bills with full line-item detail and automatic GST/HST and PST handling. Post or void bills, track outstanding balances, and record payments against them. Assign costs to the right GL category so everything lands in the correct account.

QUICK ENTRY
For everyday one-line costs and sales, Quick Expenses and Quick Sales capture a single amount, supplier or customer, and tax in one short form — no line-item sheet required.
