It's very basic. You can't extend your session for a parking spot instead you need to create a new session for the same parking spot and wait until your first session expires because your second session for the same parking spot will start as soon as you pay without waiting for the first session to finish. It is not possible to extend a parking session in progress, as city regulations do not allow it. You can activate the reminder feature to receive a notification 10 minutes before the end of your session and start a new one as soon as it ends 😊 We've forwarded your comment about the parking map to our team, thank you!

can't add time to an existing session; sessions are usually 1 minute short (I pay for 20min, but I only get 19). what is this nonsense? whoever is behind this app should feel bad. and nobody wants to hear about "city regulations" garbage for not being able to extend sessions, there are easy workarounds (eg. automate starting a new session when the previous one ends). shameful!

This app creates a very bad impression of Montreal. I was charged BEFORE pressing PAY while comparing spots, and billed for a space already occupied. Forced to pay twice to avoid a ticket. Timer also starts at 59 mins for 60, 14 mins for 15. Support refused escalation and said double charge is hid behind “agreement.” English service was restricted only to certain groups ; I had to pretend to be a new immigrant to get help. This is unacceptable for a public app.
