doesn't work. won't accept my account number. says the account number needs to be 8 chars, but my account number, when I log in on the website, is only 7. they say I need the latest version to fix that problem. I just installed it again, so it must be the latest version. there's no way to confirm because they won't tell me what the latest version number is.

Sneaky discounts. Customer for over 10 years. Sign up for a new phone for my wife online. Nothing special. Just differed payments. The new plan was decent with the discount. AFTER I did all the agreements it pops up that in order to get the discount I have to change my auto credit card payments to debit card payments. Frickn sneaky. I did not want this but had no choice or the phone plan would cost an extra $120 per year!

Opening the app takes ages, frequently refusing to open at all and requiring a separate fix. Once in the app, things still take ages to load, and charges are obfuscated. For example, I am told that I've used more than $15 in long distance calling, yet no exact number is shown to me anywhere. While looking, I find a different page that tells me I have unlimited long distance calling, while on the same page it warns me of my pay-per-use fees, still not telling me how much they actually are.
