doesn't work. won't accept my account number. says the account number needs to be 8 chars, but my account number, when I log in on the website, is only 7. they say I need the latest version to fix that problem. I just installed it again, so it must be the latest version. there's no way to confirm because they won't tell me what the latest version number is.

I've been trying to login and reset my password. I couldn't and for 2 months I can't see how much I owe to pay. I've tried to login using my web browser and it automatically takes me back to app and the app can't be used to log in. All my issue is how would I be able to access my account if I forget my username and password. Please help or if you can't do that please waive my monthly payment.

This app worked fine when I first Installed it in May 2025, but within the past 6 months it has become non functional. currently when I open the app it asks me to select one of the following 1: switch to Bell Mobile or 2:I am an existing customer. when I select #2 nothing happens, tried over wifi, mobile data, and updating the app #2 option does not function. The #1 option brings me to ask if I am #1a a New Bell customer or #1b an existing customer (home wifi etc.). #1b isnt functional either...
