Not very user friendly. Additionally you can't take screenshots, and for some reason none of my pdf handlers on my phone are sufficient to open the pdf that is created after submitting a claim. Update: Sept 9, still sucks. Can't scroll up in pdf reports so once you've scrolled down you have to close it and run the report again. Or, you can use the website instead and actually have it work... Big company with apparently only peanuts for the app development or maybe they just hired the wrong ppl.

Lots of bugs, and loading errors, just as frustrating as back when we had to mail in our claims only to wait a week to find out there's a error..

Works as expected, but I wish companies would name their apps with the company name first. I have dozens of apps on my phone, and it takes a while to find an app when it's named "Member app". Naming it "Alberta blue cross" or "AB Blue Cross Member App" would make way more sense.
