I used to be with Pacific Blue Cross and had no problem uploading receipts in the app. The Alberta Blue Cross app does not allow me to upload receipts while I try and submit a claim in the app. I can see a Blue square with a plus sign telling me to upload my receipt, but there's no hyperlink that takes me to any uploading screen. Disappointing to try and submit claims for practitioners that do not direct-bill.

This garbage app got my account locked for getting my password wrong. Preventing me from filing any claim prior to the due date. resulting in me losing $1500 in claims with the only possible option of calling their customer service in closed hours. After a few years this app is still garbage. The my balance feature crashes app 99% of the time. There is absolutely the worst search features for both delisted & authorized direct providers. Doesnt allow screenshots: irritating & annoying. 1/10

no matter how many times I redownload the app it doesn't show up on my phone. I have to google search "ab blue cross app" and then it will let me open up to sign in. 2 stars as the app is relatively easy to use... once I find it
