The app itself is fine, but the LOADS of commercials is absolutely intolerable. It just messed up and restarted a program I was already watching, and now it's forcing me to sit through TWENTY commercials as I try to get back to the previous point I was at. Also, some of the commercials are blaringly loud, much louder than the show volume. I can understand some commercials, but please keep it reasonable.

I love gem and it's great having access to so many great shows but this new update (or something?) Is impossible. I'm having the same weird playback issues that a lot of people have described, but on top of that, I can't keep watching any of the shows I've been working on because it won't let me sign in, no matter the method. Just infinite loading after I put in my information. Restarted my phone, redownloaded the app, still won't work. Please fix this!

This app used to be just fine. I loved being able to watch CBC shows on my phone or TV. However, since the update, the episodes either don't restart, or they restart at the same time stamp but in the next episode. It's impossible to watch a whole episode unless you watch it all at once. I didn't see any bugs that needed fixing before, but now there certainly are many!
