PERMISSIONS
The Conexus Mobile App will require your permission to use the following on your Android phone:

• Take pictures and videos – used for the Deposit Anywhere™ mobile cheque deposit feature
• Approximate location and precise location – used for the find Branch ATM feature
• Full network access – used to connect to the Internet in order for the app to function
• View network connection – allows the app to select the best connectivity to operate the app by viewing the types of Internet connectivity available to the Android phone when the mobile banking app is being used.
• Contacts and calendar – lets you create new INTERAC® e-Transfer recipients by selecting from your device's contacts.

To use the Conexus Mobile App, you must be registered for Conexus Online Banking. Simply sign in to the Conexus Mobile App. exactly as you would sign in to Online Banking. If you are not yet enrolled for Online Banking, call TeleService at 1-800-667-7477 or visit your local branch.

Unreliable. Should be a great app. Used to function very well prior to updates. Current version has issues with crashing mid-operation ( during transfers, etransfers and deposits). The camera function crashes during deposits ("operation cancelled"). Also the app will claim that an amount on a cheque vs the amount entered in the app don't match when the values are identical. When this happens the app needs to be closed out, then you have to sign in again repeatedly. Not happy at all.

I've emailed customer service twice over this issue, and nobody's addressed it yet. I liked this app, up until I had to get a new card a couple weeks ago. When I entered my new card #, suddenly the "Quickview" no longer works, and I relied on that a lot! I tried logging out and back in, I tried using a different name to remember, and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but nothing has helped. When I go into settings, click "Remember Me", save it and go back, it isn't saved. Please fix!

I am totally unable to deposit any cheques. When I try the app "stops working" and closes. They haven't done anything about having to log in and out for each of multiple etransfers. Don't much like it.
