Having spoken with several store employees over the previous months asking about the new app, I was under the impression it would be the same subscription now just moved to the app, so I was happy to get it set up on the app. I am incredibly saddened and frustrated to see such a lack of transparency regarding what is included in the subscription - out of respect for long time customers, I think it would be worth denoting that there are no free drinks included in a 100 dollar subscription.

Easy to navigate the app, and gives you "alerts" that often include little coupon codes, which is nice! Haven't had issues. Loads a *little* slowly sometimes is all. p.s. Not related to the app- but y'all I'm DEVESTATED that member's no longer get a keychain >:(. I have 4! I wanted 5. Am sad.
