I have so many rewards points. but for some reason I'm not able to use them and no one at the counter in person can tell me anything. it tells me to look for where it says you can redeem the points but every item I click nothing says it. I even did a test run on every item on the app and none allow you to redeem your points. so I'm just spending money accumulating points and not getting anything for it😥😥

I've got so many points but the app doesn't allow you to redeem them for free drinks as promised

It is so convenient and easy to use. Saves so much time not having to wait in line.
