Pour over, which takes about 10 minutes to prepare,is missing from the app menu; yet drinks that only take 5 seconds to serve like cold brew and drip are on there. The purpose of ordering ahead is to save time so I'm not waiting for my drink when I arrive. It doesn't make sense that the drinks that take the longest to make are not on the menu, because those are the only drinks I would really need to order ahead anyways. One star.

I used Odeko app when Waterbean came to Hickory, NC initially and now I use the Waterbean app. Besides the rewards you get I don't see the point of the app. Reason being is because every time I have ever placed an order ahead through either of these apps the order is not ready when I get there to pick it up. One time I showed up and waited before I went to the front and asked about my To-Go order and that was frustrating. I don't think ordering ahead serves any purpose besides the rewards.
