Ratings and reviews

App doesn't work in multiple areas: Can't create an account (verification email doesn't work), can't respond to messages. I typed at support and they sent me to the website where I was able to look into booking appointments that turned out to not fit my schedule. I reviewed other sections of the app like the mental health section. All in app selections took several seconds of loading. I deleted it, as that seemed the most stress free. (Their follow up below was didn't address any of the issues)

Dialogue access is provided by my partner's employer and it's very helpful. As a lifestyle/health app it's great for Reminders and information. As a portal for connecting with support providers (therapists, career counselling, physical health) it's been wonderful. Very professionally knowledgeable people have been connected to me, and you can work with the same person over time. Great app, and very caring people, great User interface, easy to navigate.

!!! STAY AWAY IF YOU NEED HELP FOR MEDICAL PURPOSES !!! Been using this app on and off for 2 years, and actively for the past 2 months now. The worst doctors you ever seen. They read you premade texts and follow protocol even if it goes against any hippocrate oath imaginable. Making you wait several weeks at a time to recite txts is NOT a service. They won't look for solutions, but for a way to END THE CONVERSATION as quickly as possible. They work like an insurance company. !!!STAY AWAY!!!
