Needs trip planner Not very useful to me. Would be better if there was a trip planner like the website, and gps tracking for buses.

Waste of $200k City gov't; use Transittimes...10x better Use Transittimes+ or the free ad supported version ( don't worry no pop ups), and it's far better. It downloads OFFLINE TIME TABLES, which ETS Live to go DOES NOT... If you lose your connection at all the app can't give you info about the time tables as a default, which is of use even when lacking live position information. Position information is a hell of a lot better in Transittimes than this half backed app-not to mention very intuitive.

Bad accuracy I got this app so I would be on time and know when the buses would be coming or if they'd be late but it's so inaccurate and still messes up my commute schedule! And when you go to mention it to ETS they don't reply. Such a bad and sad company. I do NOT recommend this app or ETS

Needs work This seems to be a beta version. Needs a trip planner . Needs the ability to track the bus you are waiting for on GPS. Pay by app would be nice option as long as its quick nothing worse then making everyone wait for you to pay. When looking at a certain bus route there should be an option to see it on the map and zoom in to see individual bus stops. Needs work. And if you paid 200k for what you got now as some people say then you have been swindled. What you have so far is 15k tops.

Has potential... It's pretty bad. I had a hard time figuring out what the functionality of this app was. The app is slow at times or it will give me an error and quit. ETS had a really good opportunity to integrate this info with something easy to use like Google Maps and provide lots of functionality/features for mobile users. ETS really dropped the ball on this one. It's a waste of taxpayer money at best.

An opportunity missed.. Having used this app twice, I will not be using it again. Seems to me that the ETS Trip Planner To Go would have been a good place to have started or to be integrated with, but this is not the case. Hard to believe that the 4 or 5 star reviews were objectively rated by actual users who are not a part of the Dev. Team or another party with a vested interest. As has been echoed by other disappointed users, this app leaves so much to be desired and could be so much more, if the Architects used public transit.

Great potential I use both The Transit App and TransitTimes+ primarily, you guys should make your real-time info available to them... This app is handy however for real time routes EDIT: I have no idea why all busses on the real-time portion of this app are blue, quite confusing coming from the website where a blue icon means a bus is late, my bus was right on time and the app even was showing it a minute early...
Needs work, just shy of completely useless Suggested improvement for your app: tie in the GPS and route schedules to an app notification so that if a bus is more than 10 minutes late, the app generates an alert to the customer's device. Having just missed 3 overly delayed busses today on the same route number because of the way you drop them off the display after a certain time has been extremely frustrating!
View map -> Loading routes. Stop zooming in. Remember my zoom settings. Where's the Trip Planner? Is there a subreddit or Google plus community to leave feedback? Make it more like the TransitTimes app. Thanks. View map -> Loading routes. Stop zooming in. Remember my zoom settings. Where's the Trip Planner? Needs Android N support; stop nicknames Library compatibility issues with Android N. There needs to be an option to download an offline copy of the route schedule. Only advantage over other apps is the ability to track real time smart bus routes. It also needs to have the ability to nickname bus stops as it's difficult to remember every single bus stop location precisely.
Not intuitive enough.... This app has a lot of potential, however it is just not intuitive enough. It is hard to navigate, the look and feel of it is mediocre. There are confusing aspect to it such as the hamburger menu in the top right hand corner of the screen that takes you back to the home screen. Why not just put the home icon there instead? I understand that this just came out, needs some work though, look forward to the updates. Also, can you make it less blocky?
Fantastic app Best ets app for looking up bus stop info. Its not a trip planner. For that use Google maps. This app is for checking when the bus will come, live data from the GPS busses, route information, and seeing what busses will show up at a specific stop, and when. Its a lot like the ets-stops app but with more functionality and more polished.
Still has a long way to go... I downloaded this as a result of one of the bus marketing banners. The design team creating those ads does not seem to be the same team creating the app, as the UI is substandard in the market. The only reason this app provides value above what I can access via Google Maps is the live tracking feature, but this is unavailable on most nearby routes. Therefore, to me, it is a redundant, poorly designed app that is not supported by current infrastructure and (in my opinion) is not ready for public consumption.
Buggy, poor usability and functionality Tried to find a bus stop down the street. The search function didn't return any results, and also caused all of the menus and buttons (including the back button) to stop responding, forcing me to reset the app. Not ready for public release; it clearly hasn't been tested.
