Works great. Lers the city know of problems. If they don't know about an issue then they can't fix. Used for burnt out street lights, signage, pot holes, water main lwaks, and down trees. All were addressed in a timely manner. They cannot be everywhere. You can take a picture, give exact GPS location and a note on the problem.

Update: Reinstalled the app and am giving it another shot. It appears the ability to report city/bylaw issues is back. -----‐---------- This used to be a great app. For some stupid reason, the latest update has removed the ability to report municipal issues like graffiti or property standards from within the app. Also, it used to have the functionality to report parking exemptions and now that's gone too. This has made the app completely useless to me in the city of Waterloo. Will be deleting it.

Good while in one place. Support link does not work. Showed friends how well the app works when visiting them. Now I keep on getting notifications from their municipality. I can't figure out how to stop it and the support link in the app does not work. Am considering uninstalling the app. Update: email to app developer comes back undeliverable. Review downgraded to 1 star. If this was not the app used by my municipality to request parking permits I would uninstall it.
