Ratings and reviews

Great app. I would love if the widgets had less wasted white space and larger fonts. I would also love if one of the widgets had a clock in it. The tiny tiny tiny timestamp in the bottom right corner exists, but if I have to put my phone two inches from my face to read it, it's kinda pointless. So the time exists in the widget already; it would just be nice to have it at a legible size (and also customizable from 24-hr format to 12-hr).

The new interface deserves a 5 star rating. They have brought the app to a modern looking state which finally competes with other OS integrated weather apps. I have always preferred using the WeatherCAN app for accuracy, but it looked outdated for a very long time. With the refreshed interface, I recommend this to anyone within Canada.

The widget function for this app is unreliable, what it shows on the widget is not updated unless you open it to go to the main app or you have to refresh it manually using the refresh icon on the bottom right all the time. even then it is not accurate. I've opened the main app to see a different temp/conditions, go back to the widget, hit refresh and it gives something else. At times you have to do it 2 or 3 times and even then it is not consistent. Clearly a reason why it only has 3 stars
