the app is extremely glitchy. the submit buttons is hidden behind the menu bar. when checking for a claim to see if it's covered, it just continually says unsure if this service is covered, however, on the desktop site information is given on whether or not the service is covered.... Biometrics doesn't work. I've always hated this insurance company and this app doesn't help things but i'm stuck because my insurance is employer sponsored.

I don't know why they bother to make an app for cell phones, when it almost never works. I get all the way to the final acknowledgement and then it gives me an error almost every time. What a garbage app. The old one was far more reliable for me.

App is still terrible. 1. Why does it need to open a separate browser to log in? is there an option to stay logged in? like EVERY OTHER APP. 2. Why doesn't it display benefits dollar amount remaining? you have to literally call in to find out how much is remaining. Like come on it's 2025. 3. Had to manually enter in service provider, it asked for feedback and the text box you type in is covered by the keyboard. 4. when you toggle on health care spending to be used as dental it doesn't
