Even though I have recurring providers, I have to re-enter their info with each claim. Same with my secondary plan info through my husband's work - I have to enter his plan info every time I make a claim. I wish these things could be saved and then just selected each time. Update Dec 13 2024: this app is absolute garbage. I keep getting all the way through the process of submitting a claim for 7 different appointments and then it randomly logs me out before I can submit. So frustrating.

I am changing my review to two stars now that my company has moved their group retirement plan to Canada Life. The health insurance part of the app works fine, but the financial side is pathetic! Both the app and the website are clunky, with important info buried/unavailable. To change my contribution allocations, I have to use a physical form. To see the performance of my shares, I have to look at another website (not linked from the app or website that I could find!). I feel like I'm in 2010.

While claims and payments generally function well to get reimbursed for eligible expenses, the app leaves a lot to be desired in terms of its functionality. Transitions are slow between pages or sections of forms. Also, I submitted a claim just now (a Friday evening) that did not show right away in my claims history despite getting a screen saying it was successfully received, so I hope it submitted correctly and it will show up sometime in the future. I have found SunLife app more user-friendly
