Okay, this is ridiculous. I'm having technical issues on the website signed in on my computer, and now I'm having technical issues signing in on the app! What's going on? Why are your online services bugging out right now? How do you expect anyone to manage their accounts online when your services aren't even working? You guys need to get on top of this, ASAP!

Horrible app! Can't login most of the time ("Sorry, something went wrong" error message) and when the app does work, it is very slow to progress with a claim or to view information. There are also many unnecessary steps that can be easily reduced in order to make the app more user friendly. This app should be redesigned from ground-up!

Hi, I’m experiencing consistent delays when using the “All Claims” view in the My Canada Life at Work app. It takes around 8 seconds to load my full claims history, even on a stable Wi-Fi connection. This happens repeatedly and makes the app feel slow to use. I’ve noticed that loading specific claim categories is sometimes faster, so the delay may be related to how all claims are aggregated. Could you please look into this or pass it along to your technical team?
