About this app
This is a demonstration. The application presents a municipal citizen services portal through a fictional municipality, Rivière-Claire. No real city is served, and the data entered is deleted every night.
WHAT A CITIZEN CAN DO
• Submit a request to their municipality: pothole, broken streetlight, fallen branch, damaged bin, signage, or any other request.
• Reserve a municipal facility—community hall, park chalet, gymnasium—by viewing the available time slots before choosing.
• Track requests: status, dates, and correspondence with the municipality.
NO ACCOUNT, NO PASSWORD
Submitting a request requires no registration. Requests submitted from the device are retrieved directly: nothing to write down, nothing to search through an inbox.
WHAT THE APP DOES NOT DO
No advertising trackers, no third-party audience measurement, no data sold or shared. The IP address is not stored anywhere. The information remains in Quebec.
FOR MUNICIPALITIES
The application does not contain any city data: the name, request types, and forms come from the municipality's server. A city that adds a service will see it appear without a new version being published.
