Ratings and reviews

Few accepted phone numbers: it starts asking your phone for verification, but choice only from dropdown menu, about 12 different countries (China and similar included in the bunch) : no Europe, Africa, no America (only US). A wate of time, completely useless.

EDIT: About 24 hours after I posted the comment in brackets, Udi pushed an update which completely fixed the problem. I have changed my rating accordingly. [I enjoy the service in general, however the last update causes the app to crash once I put in a desired address and hit "enter." The app worked servicably before this.]

I tried to order a ride for a future date, but as soon as I put it in, it changed the timing to immediate.. then I couldn't cancel it from the app! Terrible.
