customer service was horrible. I was stranded out of town with a blown motor in my car. I am not able to walk to a store to purchase a top up card all I had was cash. my monthly plan expired that day. I was able to chat with customer support. all I needed was to send one text message. they couldn't help me out. 2 years of being with them and they couldn't let me send one text message to get my friend to come basically rescue me. get me to town and a top up card was on my list. 👎

Don't service pass add ons. You would think buys a service pass to add data would allow to use the data network at full speed, but nope they do not. At least my experience with them. They seem to run slower then normal. I bought a 3 gb Data service pass for 15 bucks and I'm getting any faster service then if I had run out of data. It is scam and money grab lucky mobile

Hello, all My experience with this app isn't any good. I found myself having trouble setting up new features, asking the chat box questions and getting nowhere. it's a task in a half to try to speak to an agent and the numbers that pop up on Google to contact Lucky only advise me to use the app. It's horrible to need human help and getting NOWHERE! I'm doing all the work, activation, data entry, phone number selection and phone plan. I feel like an unpaid employee and should receive a discount
