Ratings and reviews

The most recent update has introduced lots of annoying features like: 1. The app has to be signed in again the moment you open another app. 2. Name search after 3 letters gives you a long list..I should be able to decide how many letters I want for search. 3. First fingerprint sign in you have to make a million clicks to get to the fingerprint screen. It should be the first screen when you open the app.

This app is unprecedented among medical billing apps in Ontario and together with the web application has sped up my billing related to anesthesia services. There are some things that could be improved, and I'm sure they will, as I've found the support personnel and developers to be very responsive in dealing with issues I've brought up with them. That's refreshing and quite different than my experience with software I used in the past.

Easy to use. Makes billing very efficient. When the app uses my camera to scan ohip numbers it occasionally takes time to focus the image so that it can be captured.
