Enhance your connection with your Nissan on and off the road with the MyNISSAN Canada App. From remote access and security capabilities to vehicle and maintenance information, accessing your Nissan’s key features from your compatible Android or WearOS* device is easy and convenient even when you’re on the go.

Nissan Canada Finance (NCF) customers can now also access their accounts directly through the MyNISSAN Canada App, allowing them to view contract details, view past transactions, download statements, and much more.

Easily access your Nissan Protection coverage, view your plans and coverage summary, and explore additional protection options from the product library - all within the app.

All Canadian Nissan owners can use the MyNISSAN Canada App. Owners with an active NissanConnect® Services Premium package subscription will experience enhanced app functionality. This package is available on the following vehicles:

Paying for a premium subscription that barely works. Remote climate control and driving analysis don’t function on our 2023 Ariya. After 2+ months of dealership visits, diagnostics, updates, and even hardware replacement, nothing is fixed. Nissan admits it’s a known issue with no timeline. Extremely frustrating to pay for a service that doesn’t deliver. Very disappointing experience.

doesnt do anything for you. you'd think it was like Fords where you can start your car or watch the GPS location. it just says feature not supported for this account. not sure why as I just bought my car brand new. also used to show my car in the app not it's just the default car.

The connection to the vehicle takes too long. It often fails to carry out functions such as remote start and lock door. It often signs out and requires the user to sign in again, and at times it fails to sign-in. Perhaps the service in Canada should not be tied to the US based SiriusXM and another more reliable service from elsewhere. Updating rating. Service continues to degrade.
