have to uninstall & reinstall to update tank level starting Oct 25. from Jan to May 25, I didn't. my propane provider avoids answering any questions about it, although it doesn't affect their ability to see an accurate gas level. Also doesn't recognize password after a reinstall so you have to request a new one, which is sent by email quickly. Unfortunately, the recommendation to pull down for a refresh does not work.

Worked great at first, but now it's been stuck at the same level for about five days. I don't want to have to uninstall and reinstall the app, given the hassle I've had with getting my password to take. Not happy to have to go outside to read the manual gauge when my propane for my heat approaches a critical level. Isn't that one of the key points of the app?

It is a form of an insurance for us. Not having to go outside is a plus makes a person lazy however but saves you an unnecessary expense, should you get it too low or forget to call in if you are not on a keep film basis. I have a reminder set up once a week to check it via the app plus it is interesting to see how much or how little is used with a different activity such as heating the home versus canning season.
