I really liked it so far,just a question...does the amount of fat carbs and protein you eat effect how much weight you lose? Even if your under the cal budget?
Its so easy to use from the get go... put your weight in, define your goal and scan what you eat... LOVE IT (4 pounds so far 😉)

To hard to figure out how to work it
I love the simplicity of this app. So easy and intuitive. I also absolutely love that there is no subscription. That turns me off other apps. It is also free which of course is a huge plus!!! The only thing I don't like is it starts to drastically reduce calories in the third week or so. I am taking 1200 or less. (And i was losing the prescribed pound a week and staying under calories) Personally don't think it is healthy to eat below1200 cals. But you can change the calorie amt to what you are more comfortable staying below so it is all good. I haven't used the exercise portion(syncing with Google fit) though I do exercise. It is just another step and I haven't been motivated to try. I don't like apps all up in my business all the time if you know what I mean:)
My first time counting calories, and this app makes it simple. It's easy to add foods. Great database already in place. Love the "Custom Meals" option for meals like that omelette I prepare every morning. Easy to see the amount of carbs in each food. Love it and have recommended to my sisters!
Cloud Sync - Saves your progress to the cloud and syncs it across all your devices. Simply connect to Google Games Service from the Poundaweek settings page to get your cloud on.
