Edited to add - now verification hell also seems to include every single etransfer. Will be closing this account and using a financial institution that actually lets me just DO things!!!! This app sucks since the last major upgrade. No matter what I do - including uninstalling and reinstalling - the quick view settings don't take. Now I'm stuck in verification hell - EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to log in I need to verify my account. Truly a big pain at this point!!!!

Deleted, re-installed, updated, and repeated that process twice this year. Yet, your quickview settings still do not save. Your IT staff that developed this App appear to be utterly incompetent. Nobody but a politician or meteorologist can get something wrong constantly and keep their job. It has been 3 years of this nonsense, I would not trust your IT staff behind this App to develop the old school Polaroid instant photos. Get your act together. I'd vote zero stars if i could.

I agree with all the other reviews on here that are one or two stars. Ever since this merger with prospera nothing seems to work the staff aren't even the same people like it was promised when this merger happened. I've had my account with Westminster savings for over 25 years and it just gets to be garbage now especially this app. Now after we got our new bank cards we had to reset up the app and now apparently I have to put in my password every time transaction on this app after log in.
