New App - Big Flaws The "new" upgrades to this app are not good. Orders go into purgatory and are never processed. 3 orders placed on it since new design launched, 3 orders "misplaced" . It also doesn't recognize if you have an existing online account. Needs a lot of work.
Work at sears Surprise it's actually hard to shop. I can't believe I'm going to say this but I believe picking up the catalog is sooo much easier. I do so much online shopping I can't believe I just said that. & I work at Sears.... Please make it more convenient meaning with more flow between pages and options. I find it confusing as well and it lags or freezes
What?!? Absolutely useless!! This doesn't even open an app! It opens up the non-mobile-friendly website! Absolutely impossible to shop on my phone?! Not sure if it was better before the redesign but this is terrible!!!! Completely useless as is!!
Untested app. I believe that app wasn't tested before it went to google play. Slow, crashes, bugs, ... It would attract a lot of customers if Sears put a little effort in making a usable app.
Don't Waste Your Time! Slow and stupid, if it works at all.
not working Since the last update. App won't open. It does open a Web page. But not the app. The app does not even show up in my installed apps in the play store so I can't Un install.
We've upgraded the app to take advantage of the newly redesigned Sears.ca. It's faster and easier to use.
