Today's update caused different login error and it still won't let me login.
Before it was as simple as just uninstalling it and then adding it again and now NOTHING works to login It's driving me mad since HALF of our show we like to watch we can Only order it off the App!! PLZ fix this issue like yesterday OR actually add all the titles onto the actual Shaw on Demand for ALL HD boxes!! Update 2/10/17 Can't sign on at all now on any of my devices!!!
log in issues States my log in is incorrect. I have to log in through the computer for the app to work. We are ok for a day or two and then the account and password are forgotten again. I downloaded the app so it wouldn't be necessary to make trips between floors once we are settled into the family room for the evening. I want to use on demand more, but this doesn't inspire us to.
Will not recognize my login info. Logged into my Shaw email while this "app" was running and still could not log in to "app" with same info. Shaw, fix this, your deal with Rogers family will end soon and your customers will jump ship very quickly.
Login Issues Tried a few times to login with no luck. Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if it made a difference. I hope you can fix this problem since it looks like this has been going on for awhile. It used to be a useful app.
Cant even log into my own account. So dont know much else bout it EDIT: login ussues have ben fixed. Seems to work alright
