The app is terrible. I have to clear my browser cache just to log in, or else it'll go back and forth between app and browser in an endless loop. When I do get into the app and try to see my billing, that too opens my browser and asks me to download the Shaw app. When I select download, it just opens the Rogers app, and round and round we go again.

Hi Kristine! When trying to sign into the Rogers Xfinity (Shaw) app, I recommend signing out of any MyRogers (Shaw) and/or MyRogers apps first and see if it will let you log in without any issues. If you do have a MyRogers app, I would sign out of that app as well before signing into the MyRogers (Shaw) app. Let us know how it goes! ^ BE

Not once in my life have I ever thought to myself, "Gee, I wish the only way I could manage my router was through some subpar app my ISP forces me to use. Forget the power of the web on desktop -- a muzzled mobile app is what I *need*." The app itself is slow, clunky, and LOGS ME OUT TOO OFTEN. Navigation is not intuitive. Can't see or manage anything IPv6. Port forwarding doesn't work for IPv6. Can't reserve addresses for devices. Can't change DNS servers. Garbage app, through and through.

Thanks for the update! In that case, we recommend getting in touch with our technical support team for assistance with the app, as those functions should work within it. They'll be happy to help you get the most out of it and make sure it works properly. ^PR

The first day with a new modem the app would not work. It was painful as I could not change the Network name and P/W. So I lost connection to all google smart home devices, incl the thermostat. Winter time and was getting very cold in the house before I could set up with the default network settings. Now I mostly blame Google as their 4th Gen thermostat ought to have btooth pairing button. Nice app to see all the devices at home that are connected. Thanks to developer for response to first revu

Update: I can only imagine how cold it was in your house, since our Winters can be pretty brutal, especially when it’s been really cold this year. ☹You are very welcome and I wanted to take some time to thank you as well for updating your review! We appreciate it! ^ BE
