Works well for basic purposes but needs a lot more improvement to move into the modern world. Links to the website need to be opened by the app like other banking apps (RBC, TD) do. Fingerprint authentication is a must, not seeing the option on my Pixel. Android wear 2.0 support is a must have. Please update! Android phones have 88% of the market and Apple has 9% so why do you concentrate on the minority instead of the majority of users?
They seem to have reverted to previous stable version. It's some very good news as that update with the crowded screen and the overflowing buttons was unbearable. Still four stars cause they as you to choose an account even if you only have only one. and logging is too long
Decent app. No fingerprint login as mentioned in various ads around the city. App crashes if you try to use Android Nought/Oreo split screen, if it isn't supported it should state app doesn't support split screen like other apps rather than crashing.
It's all right for a bank app but for a bank that only operates online it is definitely not efficient enough. First off I do a lot of e-transfers and it would be much better if I could open them in app instead of having to open it in browser on my phone. Second, I had was when I had to call for support and ended up choosing the call be back option (instead of being on hold for 14min) and when I was called back as soon as I said hello the system hung up on me. The last problem is more of an functionality problem and thats that anytime I have to type something the keyboard covers a portion of what I need to see. Other then that I don't really have any issues with it.
You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave......allows me to log out but not close the app. Other than that, a bit counterintuitive, but ok.
By now, it should have login with fingerprint scanner instead of a pin!! And the app overall design feels outdated. Other than that, it gets things done.
