Vibrate settings don't work since Jelly Bean(4.1).
Official/Stock Android 4.0(ICS) links volumes of phone rings and notifications. Profiles like 'Phone only' will NOT work. (Will work fine on CM9, or some other customized ics)
* No ads!
* NEW profile resume timer!
* Create and manage your audio profiles. (Support adding, editing, deleting profiles)
* A simple but good-looking home-screen WIDGET for displaying current profile and quick profile switching
* A STATUS-BAR ICON which indicates the current profile and provides profile switching function. (If your find this icon annoying, you can always turn it off in the options menu!)
* Home-Screen SHORTCUT, switch to a profile just by one touch!
These profiles can handle:
* Volume (ring, notification, alarm, system and multimedia) .
* Default phone ringtone.
* Default notification ringtone.
* Wi-Fi status.
* Mobile data status.
* Bluetooth status.
* Screen timeout.
* Screen brightness.
* Automatic data sync.
* Airplane Mode (Android 2.x, 3.x, 4.0.x).
The profiles can be activated both from the app itself and from the home screen widget provided. To add the widget, you just have to long press on an empty space on the desired home screen and select Widgets -> Profile Widget.
The home screen widget can be customized for each profile with 25 colors (6 in Lite version) and 49 icons (5 in Lite version).
Also, if you don't want to use the widget, there's the option to add shortcuts to activate the profiles to the homescreen.
From version 4.0 on, Profile Widget integrates with Tasker and Locale.
With this app you can easily switch your phone from, say, a vibration+no sound mode to a full volume mode to a completely silent mode with just a single click!.
About the permissions: the app now asks permission to read the phone state, just in order to change the volume of the calls when the phone is ringing (the only way of separating notification and ringer volume in Android 4.0+). It cannot do anything else with this information, since it does NOT have Internet access, call or SMS permissions.
Profile Flow can be used in a number of ways. Here's a few we can think of :
Silence it automatically when you are in office and make it scream on top of its voice when you are in busy market.
Use mobile data when on the move and start slurping from office wifi when you reach your office.
Automatically let some one know that you have left a particular location (say order for a pick up from the train station at the destination) or let your wife/husband know that you have left the office and that they could start cooking dinner, so it's hot and fresh when you arrive home :)
Remind you to pick up flowers from a local store before you reach home.
Profile flow comes with a user friendly HOLO UI and with tons of functionalists... It can automatically change your phone settings based on conditions..
You can also Backup and Restore Profiles using Google Drive, now if you want to change your phone, you don't have to worry.. All Profiles can be restored on the new phone

System Sounds is a volume control application which you can easily slide the volumes for each type.
Ringer Volume is for calls only. Notifications Volume is for text messages, IM, email, ect.
If you do not hit the Save button, then your volumes will NOT be saved.
Volume rockers / buttons actively update the ringer bar :)!
-- CUSTOM PROFILES --
Only System Sounds PRO has custom profiles!
Pressing the menu button brings up two options: Un/Vibrate Ringer, Un/Vibrate Notifications.
Ringer/Notifications > 0 + Vibration ON = volume and vibration.
Ringer/Notifications = 0 + Vibration OFF = silent.
Ringer/Notifications > 0 + Vibration OFF = volume and no vibration.
Ringer/Notifications = 0 + Vibration ON = vibration.

With Sound Profile Manager you can easily set up the change-over of the sound mode on your device. All you need is to fix up the time interval and days of the week, choose volume and press “Save”. There is a possibility to change not only the ringtone volume but the multimedia sound (volume of music, videos, games and applications) if necessary.
— Simple and friendly interface.
— Possibility to change the ringtone volume as well as the multimedia sound.
— Possibility to set recurring days and create a one-time event. Profile is considered to be the one-time if “repeat” option was not set up during creation/changing of the profile. The one-time event will be switched off after single action. If you set time period within present moment for the one-time event, you profile will be activated the next day or set up immediately if recurring.
— Compatible with Android 2.1 - 4.2+
After installing this widget, go to menu(home screen) then click Add > Widgets > Sound Control. That's it !!!

Switches from normal to silent/mute just by clicking the app icons.
From silent/mute to vibrate again just by clicking the app icon. And finally from vibrate to normal just by... ;)
If your device has no vibrator, this app simply toggles between normal and silent/mute.
!!! Your current sound profile can be seen in the title bar!!!
Ad-free, does not need any §$"§$% permissions
A really useful thing about Volume Controls are the two smart volume buttons, that change the sound-profile and the media volume always the right way!
- Enable/disable single beep when call/SMS is received
- Enable/disable vibrate to support beep
- Adjust beep volume
- Activate/deactivate beep on certain times of the day
- Widget to activate/deactivate beep
- (For ICS and latter) toggle vibrate from notification
- (For ICS and latter) toggle beep from notification
- Does not work with second sim (no beep)
- Does not work with some BT headsets (beep comes from phone instead of headset)
If You want Your phone to make a single beep when someone calls, then look no further. You can adjust beep volume and vibration.
The whole concept is simple: application uses built in vibrate and silent sound profiles and applies beep sound when call or SMS is received.
Keep forgetting to turn silence mode on? No problem, You can now schedule when profile is activated and when deactivated. This automatically applies to every day.
2.Show/Hide icon on status bar
3.Reset previous profile after period time
Advance features only works in payment version and now you can find payment version in Android Market.

Aimed at JellyBean (Android 4.1+ Users), but it should work on anything above 2.2.
-Shows carrier label while there is no mobile data connection.
-Automatically hides notification when a data connection is present
Permission Usage: android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE - used to listen for data connection changes.
android.permission.RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED - used for starting the app when the device starts
Feedback is appreciated.
Lock Screen Dialogs allows you to type text which will then be shown in a dialog when you turn the screen on! No more fumbling around with your phone's lock screen just to see the shopping list!
Should work on Android 2.2+. Feedback is greatly appreciated.
Run At Startup: Used for auto starting Lock Screen Dialogs when the phone turns on.
This app does just that, it quickly turns Airplane Mode on, then off. All you should really see is service reconnect. The Airplane Mode icon should not be seen - it's that quick.
Permissions used: Write settings: Airplane Mode is a setting, and so, this permission is needed.
Note: Android 4.2 and newer don't allow Airplane Mode to be set by downloaded apps, so I have limited this app to 4.1 and older devices.
