Excellent customer support. I had given this a 1 star review as the app was failing to recognize my TMN/HBO subscription. Their customer care department returned my email promptly and within a week had worked with my cable provider to resolve the issue. Great customer support experience and the app is working as advertised. 5 stars now.
Constantly buffering and freezing! I've been using the Samsung Smart TV app, and on my Samsung S4. It constantly freezes and buffers while watching a show. Often freezes to the point I have to reset my device. Very frustrating when all you want to do is relax. I pay 15$ per month only to have free apps work better than this. Sub-par product for paying customers. I guess I'll try another service from now on!
Used to work Can't play more than a minute or two of any show or movie without it locking up. Using a Samsung Galaxy tab 2 10"
Errors everywhere It won't let me sign in without giving me an error. The times I do get to sign in and watch something it screws up and asks me to sign in again. While watching a show it will give me another error about the playback device.... the most annoying app ever.
Doesn't work I have a stock Note 3 yet the app says I have a modified device and thus won't play any content. Update: Customer support reports that the app will NOT run on unlocked phones. Totally unacceptable.
