Portal is designed to make your UWaterloo life easier, providing access to a suite of real-time information, updates and features relevant to all students.

The full launch of Portal app is scheduled for Fall, 2019. The current version is not complete with all features. Enhancements of new functionality will be added consistently in the coming months so please stay tuned and give us feedback of what you like and what you’d like to see in the future!

Ratings and reviews

Terrible app; if I could rate negative, I would. Not only does the android version log you out of the app every time you open it. It doesn't even have a "keep me logged in option." Moreover, it lacks the simple features present on the ios version. For example, a campus map with all the current buildings and their names listed on it, a way to look at something more than just my total Wat card balance, and an overall poor user interface. If you dont need to, don't use the app. Use the website.

It's a fine app. Issues with loading sometimes. I like the calendar/schedule and the fact that it can be exported. I wish we could manage event registrations from our phones; it's a hassle to need a computer on you to cancel or register for an event.

App does not open in the most recent change/update. It just gets stuck saying that an error has occurred and doesn't tell me why. It is ironic that this University is so focused on tech, yet it could not make the app run with the most recent update.
