I recently swift from Koodo to Virgin. Every time I try to sign in the virgin mobile app, it tells me they are having technical issues and to try again later. It's been 3 days and nothing works? I'm disappointed with this app.
I got the promotion plan 8gb /2 GB bouns. This app is not showing accurate data. I called virgin mobile and they cannot do anything. They said the problem is with ( App team )
App works well however the Virgin support is terrible. Issues with travelling and not being able to dial out to Call Center to fix or address issues.
I like how easy it is to pay my phone bill. Although I would like to see a visa debit addition. That way I don't have to always reload a prepaid credit card, I have two friends who have to do the same as me.
