Points expired Points expire after three months and app keeps on opening in the background
Terrible Won't allow me to register my receipts. No option to type in the store name, have to scroll through the long list... Need a lot of fixing
Basic functions don't work. Wi-Fi connection says connected when I'm in the mall, but the app never automatically OR manually connects when I open it. I can only log receipts when I get home and even then the gems do not reflect what I've uploaded. The app is virtually useless and creating more trouble than what it was originally intended for. Edited response: I'm currently on the wifi and the app still says automatic check in is unavailable.
Upload issues Try to upload receipts and it will not allow it to go upload and gives me an error all the time and this is for the latest version.
App never works!! I have been told to uninstall and reinstall but doesn't make difference Can't upload receipt.. Doesn't check me in when I enter mall. Freezes a lot. Perks do not load. I have lost a lot of potential gems ever since the mobile app (compared to using the actual card) because it never worked :(
If I could give 0/5, I would Wifi in the mall isn't reliable so for non data users this loyalty program via the App will frustrate you. They will say you can log receipts easily at home... well, my App won't open OR log reports. I want the card back - there has got to be a way to log loyalty without this App (and I'm not a senior... man not being able to use this App makes me feel old).
