Horrible I'm a paying subscriber for Wild TV and have their apps on my TV's and android devices . None of them are good apps. They have horrible customer support. When you tell them about problems with their app or website they will not acknowledge the problem. I've been hoping for over a year they would improve but they haven't. Also most shows aren't full episodes. Some of their shows are two years old or more.
JUNK! As a Shaw subscriber who also pays for the WildTV channel, I feel slighted that I cannot use the app unless I pay for a second time, especially if they can't provide 'new' content. That's not going to happen, even if their head office is local to me.
No support I am a paying customer of their app. I've tried numerous times through different departments for help with shows updating new episodes. A show which has been airing a new season on the cable channel is not being updated on the app. Which is why I subscribed. I can't receive the cable channel on my provider. Customer service seems unwilling or unable to follow through to solve the problem.
Never could use the app. It keeps crashing. Also their smart TV app sucks too, no live streaming. Very dissapointed.
Great channel sub par app. Please give us Chromecast compatibility! Video lags when you mirror the shows on Chromecast but plays well on a mobile device.
App worked good (except I couldn't do anything with my account) for the first week and now it won't even open! Fix all the problems and it will be awesome.
