Good service and good that's with shaw To be honest, I like wind (freedom) mobile. Great prices and great customer service. However the cell coverage can be a bit dicey and the Internet can be bottle necked/ throttled but I still believe you get what you pay for. If you want top notch coverage then go to bell/Rogers/Telus and pay twice the amount for very little. Shaw is implementing LTE by Nov 27th so I'm assuming things will get better for sure.
Used to love it But now your app dosen't even work I can't log in to the app and now i have to go onto the internet and it only sometimes works been trying all morning so far and all it says is loading. A little bit upset cause I've been with you guys for the last couple years before you decided to change your name I liked your "wind" was better than this "freedom" every since u started changing stuff my phones not working the same and ur app sucks now wish I could delete my update
Server down for 3 days Was working ok until name change. Now cannot access Manage Features. Error message Server Down, Try Again Later. Had to phone to disable National Roaming. Will have to phone twice a week until they get this fixed. Very inconvenient.
Ever since the Shaw takeover, service has been going downhill quickly. Now that they updated this app to have the new branding, I have yet to get it to load at all. So I need to call in to a customer service team that lies to you nonstop in order to manage my account... Self serve my foot... UPDATE: Still have zero connectivity in the app and I'm forced to call in for everything. I'm not even on a partner network either, and have full signal. Thanks for ruining what used to be a usable app Shaw!
WoW! Is that like Freedom Fries or Freedom Toast? Tell me that wont leave a bad taste in your mouth.... (the scenario goes like this)... Friend: "Whats wrong BoB?" BoB: "Oh its just my Freedom phone!" Friend: "What about it?" BoB: "They are throttling my data connection and boy its slow, they say i went over on my Limited Unlimited Data Plan." Friend: "Sucks to be you."
Good company, ok app The app is alright but because they changed their name now my usage screen is all messed up (it doesn't have any times beside freedom network but it has two beside away) and because of that its confusing when it's fixed 5 stars
