DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Cancel your account and stop paying for service that is only available one fourth of the time. If it is even available that often. This company is famous for signal drop and massive holes in their coverage. The best part of all this is they just don't care. Calling into customer service is a joke. They don't even know what country Canada is. The only viable reason to be with this company is that your completely below the poverty line and you literally cannot afford anything else. Massive waste of resources
Unreliable Clunky Program is weak unreliable slow clunky and unresponsive much like the Wind network and the experiences I have had with francise employees. There hi speed service is indistinguishable from their restricted service. Seriously needs work.
Worst network & worst service... I hate it , really worst network & worst service...I request all to change your network & see the happiness in your lifes... Worst mobile network in the Universe!! I HATE! HATE!! HATE!!! this app and I hate wind mobile even more. This company is a rip off. For about a month now I have no network in my neighborhood. I called and nothing has happened. I live right in the middle of Edmonton, apparently their strongest Coverage. What highway robbery. As a loss of service they offered me $10 off per month for 6 month, yet my issue still has not been resolved. What I don't get is that I am suppose to get 2400 roaming. Even that don't work. What's better business Bureau doin
Don't leave the city If you're a city dweller like my self wind is the best provider by far. I pay 35/month and get pretty much unlimited everything: just don't leave the city. I leave Vancouver maybe once a year, and I don't get service, when I do, but as long as I stay in my city I get perfect service. The app is also great.
Worst app on my phone! Slow, clunky and unreliable just like the wind network. Even when I'm using wind's so called "high speed" internet this app takes forever to load.
