I have been trying since I got my new phone to log into my account and all I constantly get is a timed out and error message, I have uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of times and I still get the same message!!! I spoke to customer service and they suggested I go onto the freedom mobile/my account site to login and I still can't even when I update, I am not a happy camper!! Please fix this bug it's really annoying!!!
Everymonth I have to pay more than what i was supposed to. In addtion to that I have to call the customer service to adjust the wrong calculation that have done on my monthly plan. I don't trust them. I have been with the previous (wind). It was bad connection bad service, but the so called freedom mobile is really the worst ever service in the phone and mobile company. I never recommend to anyone.
The app does not even work - won't log in, and goes blank after first attempt, showing nothing. Now I am unable to pay my phone bill without going to the store in person. 0/10
Ever since you Changed your name from WIND to FREEDOM everything has gone down hill. Sitting in my living room which is smack dab in the middle of the home zone yet my service is in roaming. I have complained but nothing ever changes. The customer service reps are in a totally different country and half of them don't even understand any of the questions I have about my account. They are very simple minded. They need to be retrained. The service sucks and your "unlimited " really isn't such. There is a limit, once you hit that limit your service goes from bad to worse.
This app will lock your phone if it isn't locked already. I bought my phone specifically so that it wasn't locked to any carrier, and now it won't let me use any carrier but Freedom. Doesn't work half of the time anyways, just opens to a blank screen with the company logo at the top. Waste of space on your phone, just shows how little the company cares about their customers.
A V20 user here. This app displays a blank screen, and that's it. Great job ignoring a phone that you carry, or great job keeping your data network down so you can't take our money when I want to pay you. Not paying for service until you fix this.
