Good service and good that's with shaw To be honest, I like wind (freedom) mobile. Great prices and great customer service. However the cell coverage can be a bit dicey and the Internet can be bottle necked/ throttled but I still believe you get what you pay for. If you want top notch coverage then go to bell/Rogers/Telus and pay twice the amount for very little. Shaw is implementing LTE by Nov 27th so I'm assuming things will get better for sure.
Used to love it But now your app dosen't even work I can't log in to the app and now i have to go onto the internet and it only sometimes works been trying all morning so far and all it says is loading. A little bit upset cause I've been with you guys for the last couple years before you decided to change your name I liked your "wind" was better than this "freedom" every since u started changing stuff my phones not working the same and ur app sucks now wish I could delete my update
Bad repackaging of their mobile site If you choose "Forgot PIN" on the login screen it prompts you for your number then never does anything else, just shows a checkmark. Upon repeating the steps on their mobile site I realized there's a captcha that the app just doesn't load. The text not fitting properly in the boxes is another clear sign this is just a bad repackage of their mobile site. Wind is a decent carrier but this is a terrible app.
Server down for 3 days Was working ok until name change. Now cannot access Manage Features. Error message Server Down, Try Again Later. Had to phone to disable National Roaming. Will have to phone twice a week until they get this fixed. Very inconvenient.
Garbage App Can't even update or install the app as you constantly get 505 error regardless what you do... And even when you get the app working, it's slow as old people fornicating. Don't bother with this garbage app and just use the website portal and save it as a bookmark. This app is terrible
Freedom Mobile I have had problems since Shaw took over and constant trbl trying to sign and password. Keeps telling me I have error what can I do? Called service still same problem. Look forward to reply. Thank you. ...aa
