Ratings and reviews

This is a great app. I'd recommend it for all customers of the bank. However, with the recent update made, I realized that I'm unable to pay for airtime with the app anymore. Why? It's very inconveniencing. Also, the investment service sections only preview the the amount and interest, there's no option to inquire a statement of the investment or an option to make additional deposits. It'd be great to have that. It'll be cool to also have a calculator for the supersave and other investments.

Why don't you provide personal bank details in the mails? I don't know my bank details. Plus, stop asking for personal details every second I open the app. If that's the case, create some sort of shortcut like fingerprint scanner. Or something. It's frustrating. I had to create a new bank account with a new email all because I couldn't access the old one and you wouldn't help recover the account. It's toxic

I don't know if i am the only one who experiences this ,i always have problems when logging when i try logging a message pops up like "authentication failed "initially I thought i was out of airtime that is why this pops up every time .Sometimes I have to uninstall and install before I can get access. Right now i have certainly done that but still seeing the same thing
