In order to make the process easier and faster for your arrival into the Kingdom of Cambodia, the General Department of Immigration has developed a new system for all travelers to prepare and submit all necessary documents in advance.

The new digital form includes the Electronic Visa On Arrival, Immigration Form, Health Declaration and Custom Declaration.

It's good, easy to use and fast. The only issue is that it is asking for a 'Return Ticket Date' for those who have 'Business and Retirement Visas' when a return ticket is not required for entry as they are residents. Maybe a selection for these 2 types of visas added to the App would make it easier for all concerned.

Only used the visa application portion. When it works it's great - super quick. Easy scans etc all information uploaded. However when it doesn't you appear to be completely screwed. The application number served up by the app is not recognised by the immigration department - so if something goes wrong with an application - no one that you can get through to is able to help as no valid reference number is provided. I currently have 4 good visas and 1 left hanging and no way to progress it.

Hello, I'm using samsung S25 Ultra, some options like port of entry and purpose of travelling do not appear the options for selection, thus, I can't proceed the submission. But on some old phone models do work. hopefully this can be updated for the latest devices to be able to use. Thanks
