Looking good. Lets see this app have an option to ask you if your last phone call was billable when hanging up the smartphone. That would really "Capzure" all those times I'm crawling around under desks and answering the phone or on the carphone giving I.T support that I miss billing for.. I can't count many times I'm in the middle of something, get a call while up on a ladder or something and walk someone through fixing something then forget to bill for it. Guys You are close to almost the perfect app for independent I.T. solutions providers that no one else has. Its not complicated, it can import my time tracking/tickets into invoices into quickbooks and earn me more money. I loose money every day not properly tracking. There are 4 areas that need to be covered. While writing emails (Browser or google apps add on you click to track time while writing emails), while taking on the phone (Android/Iphone call log access and monitoring to ask you if call was billable once done), while remote support (Teamviewer API should allow you to Capzure these times) and while onsite (Web app or Smartphone app).. The better this app fills the gaps, the more people like us will want it.
New on the block and already better. Capzure has only been around for 2 years yet they have more functionality in their app than AutoTask! A few of the features are a bit buggy but all added tickets and time updated accurately to the web interface. This is ultra rare to see for an app or company of this age and size. NEVER lose that, its what differentiates you from the other guys. Cant wait to see this become even more refined. Thanks guys.
Excellent tool for business This complements the Capzure web app very well and allows my engineers and I to update our service time entries and client info while onsite. Exactly what we needed and very good functionality.
