It's the best credit card I found, no annual or subscription charges, no forex markup.. excellent for foreign spends. I just loved it. Not giving the final star because I think the limit should have been higher, for other credit cards I usually have almost an 4x-5x limit ( although they are not specifically forex cards). so if there's an option provided where the credit limit can be evaluated again or increased it will be very helpful

I am facing difficulties in doing an online transaction with the card. I have contacted the support team but no immediate resolution, hence payment could not be completed. Further, the message on the app shows OTP delivered to the registered mobile number, which was incorrect, later it was sent to my mail ID in my last attempt. A two minute transaction took 30 minutes with multiple iterations.

scapia customer support is very worst. Be careful before using it. I have done my KYC 2 months back. Still I don't receive physical card. Sent multiple mails to customer support they won't respond or rectify the issue. we will get response as we are working internally. After number of calls and mails they suggested to block the card which was not even delivered and asking me to book new card which is chargeable. This is completely spam beware of this scam from federal scapia.
