They claim that the app doesn't prompt you to download the app, but it actually does. They responded like I'm a liar and an idiot. I think I know the difference between the app and the mobile version. EVERY TIME I open the APP it prompts me to either download the app or continue using my browser, even though I'm not using the browser. And I have to log in every single time. Everytime you press back on a search it resets the search, especially annoying when going through short-listed workers.

That shouldn't be happening and we've had no similar bug reports. There might be a chance this is happening if clicking a home screen icon that links to the mobile website. Thanks, Kynd

Sadly my phone notifies me everytime an app uses my location. Sadly KYND uses it all the time around the click. Not even when it's open. My phone gives me times and dates if using my location. I'm very concerned and am now considering deleting it. Needs to be an option on the app where you can turn off location when not in use.

Hi Samantha, thanks for your review. The App definitely does not check your location 'around the clock'. It asks for your location when searching for Support Workers and you can choose whether to allow location use. You're also able to change your location settings for any App in your phones settings. Hope that helps clarify things.

This is a great app for connecting carers with those who need them. There are lots of options and it is easy and simple to use. The support team at Kynd are also super helpful and quick to respond. I would definitely recommend using this service.
