Maybe they fixed this app or I found a way around the login problem. When I signed up I got a pop up to opt in for biometrics. So I scan my fingerprint and easily I can log back in. You can't make arrangements for a last minute ride with the app. You must call in. Other than my ride being very late and making me late, I didnt have problems with the app.

honestly I prefer the app vs having to call them on the phone it's much easier & time consuming. the only thing that I highly recommend is that you make sure you schedule all of your ride in correctly otherwise you may have to either cancel your your Dr's appointment or find another way to get to your appointment. there have been a few times that I had an appointment & either forgot to schedule my ride or had to find another way to get to my appointment. I really don't like canceling my Dr's.

Not at all happy with the app. It's easy to schedule the rides, but when you call for a ride, it's approved immediately. I scheduled rides 2 weeks ago on the app and they are STILL pending. The first one is for June 15, 2 weeks from today. Still not approved. I'm pretty nervous about it right now and not pleased.
