The app works as long as you're not trying to cancel or "manage your vehicle". At that point, for me, it perpetually just kept loading. I'm not saying the app makes it difficult to cancel or change things on purpose, but it certainly feels that way. I just wanted to change vehicles and stop paying for a vehicle I no longer owned. I cancelled my subscription because that just seemed very shady and convenient (for them). Like many other comments, it also wouldn't send me any verification of codes.

whenever I try to cancel the subscription for my car it just spins and says please wait forever and I just keep getting charged and can't cancel the subscription.
