The app is constantly down. If they update the app, there is no email or notification. If you want someone consistent, stable, and communicative that you can trust, that will keep your btc secure, I can tell you this company is probably not it. You will always be worried about losing your btc. I can tell you this has never gotten better over years of dealing with them.

The good: rapid resolution of app error that prevented password resets. The bad: new error won't let me login on app but can login online. Conclusion: why should I trust a company that can't release functional software with a digital coin? I like the business model in theory but have had repeat issues with basic function of app.
