UPDATE: Agora deu certo! O texto de instrução dessa parte deveria ser "posicione seu busto na moldura". Com "posicione seu rosto", eu achei que era para colocar somente o rosto, mas na verdade era cabeça toda e os ombros. É obrigatório fazer o reconhecimento facial, mas o aplicativo não faz nada quando coloco o rosto. Já tentei de todos ângulos e iluminações possíveis e ele só fica parado e não computa meu rosto.

Excelente aplicativo. Nunca tive problema e já ganhei bem com o que deixei investido.
